About:
Transformation is possible and it can begin right where you are. I trust in your inherent capacity for healing and growth, and I see my role as a facilitator, supporting you in developing a deeper relationship with your innate healing capacity, as well as with your unique strengths and resources.
My practice is rooted in the belief that everything in us wants love and space. I believe that learning to turn towards our pain with compassion and curiosity allows it to transform.
My approach is holistic and integrative, blending somatic and body-centered work, mindfulness, values exploration, strengths-based support, art therapy, experiential practices, and cognitive tools to support meaningful change. I work from a liberation-oriented, systemically informed, HAES aligned, and neurodivergent & gender-affirming lens. I am a kink & sex positive practitioner.
I offer in-person therapy in Olympia, Wa & virtual therapy throughout Washington state to individuals aged 16 and up.

Systemic Lens
I view individual healing as interwoven with collective liberation. It's important to me to honor and acknowledge the many layers of experience that shape a person's life such as gender, disability, class, race and ethnicity, culture, history of colonization and/or immigration, body-size, and systemic oppression as meaningful parts of therapeutic work and healing.

Rate: 60 minute counseling session- $120
Payment: cash, credit & HSA cards accepted. Cards are charged through a secure online portal.
Sliding Scale: I offer a limited amount of sliding scale spots for those in financial need, please inquire if interested in sliding scale rates.
Insurance: I am unfortunately unable to accept insurance at this time. I offer superbills for clients claiming on out of network benefits.
